Welcome to MX Grand Suites

The staff was fantastic. They patiently supported our efforts to learn Spanish and assisted us in picking up some new phrases. They truly did everything possible to help us. The delightful receptionist went the extra mile by calling a fully booked restaurant to check if they could accommodate us - and they did. Another example: we had a slightly wrinkled shirt, so we hung it in the bathroom thinking the steam from the following days would help. When we returned to our room that afternoon, the staff must have seen the shirt and then left us an iron and ironing board in our room. This hotel's location is also excellent and the bed was unbelievably comfortable (and king-sized).

Juan Manuel and Javier are really wonderful. They were kind, compassionate, attentive and gave us great advice on places to visit and things to do. There's also a guard with them and as two women traveling alone and coming back late at night, it felt very safe to have a guard letting you in and having people looking after you. - The room and facilities were very nice, clean and comfortable. - The wifi worked well. - I loved having a patio - 5th floor has great direct sun. - We appreciated the small kitchen with a microwave and fridge. - They gave us a new water bottle of water every day. - The location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants and Chapultepec Park and Roma Norte/Condesa. - We are definitely staying here when we return to CDMX

We loved our stay at MX Grand Suites. The comfort and size of our room and the facilities were perfect for our one-week stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The location is fantastic - lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity - from upscale taco stands for a CDMX experience - and an easy stroll to Bosque Chapultepec, Roma Norte, La Condesa, Hipódromo, etc. Can't wait to return!

Strategic location in a lively and safe neighborhood. Upon our arrival, they gave us good restaurant recommendations just down the street. You'll find many cafes and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and always friendly. The bed is very comfortable and the room service came every day to clean the room to an exceptional standard. The balcony was a nice plus and the kitchen had the essentials. The smart TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay at MX Grand Suites. The location is so good, very close to Reforma. It's at the top of my list for a future visit to CDMX.
